White-label that actually ships
We sell voice agents as a productized service to clients. Synthflows white-label tier let us launch in a quarter. Clients can be trained in 30 mins.
No-code voice agent builder targeting agencies and small business deployments.
Synthflow targets the agency segment — buyers who deploy voice agents on behalf of clients and need a no-code surface that a client can be trained on quickly. Templated agents, white-label options, and a relatively flat pricing structure are the differentiators. The platform is among the easier ones to demo to a non-technical buyer.
Reviewer sentiment is positive on time-to-value and the templating system, with the most common concerns being depth of integrations and ceiling on complex workflows. Agencies running it as a productized service report it fits well; in-house teams with more nuanced requirements occasionally outgrow it. Compliance posture is acceptable for SMB workloads but lighter than enterprise-positioned peers.

We went from zero to a working agent in a day. Templated flows covered most of what we needed. Where we wanted custom integrations we hit limits and had to ask sales.
I found the integration with HubSpot CRM really bad. The calls couldn't be transferred into the CRM properly, and the data wasn't transferred correctly. We tried two different subscription plans, even the highest tier, hoping for better customer support, but it just didn't work out. After spending three months, it was a total disaster. Also, the initial setup was not easy at all. It was very complex, and we needed an in-house developer; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. Our Developer almost wanted to quit his employment due to the bad customer support on Syntflow, as he could not reach the company's goals, and had to hold accountability for the implementation.
We're not a contact center. Synthflow is sized for us — handles the call volume we have, doesnt oversell. Reporting could be better but for the price its a fair trade.
Worked great for tier 1 support deflection. When we wanted multi step troubleshooting with system of record lookups, we ran into the platforms ceiling and ended up moving that flow to a different vendor.
If you sell voice agents on behalf of clients this is the platform. The pricing aligns with how agencies run, the templating saves real time and support has been responsive.
